DAY SEVEN:

Today is a good day! Down a total of 5lbs since last Monday and I definitely see changes in my body.  I've only been doing Fit Firm and Fabulous for one week but I've been working out hard in the gym for three weeks and my back fat is definitely starting to thin out.  I feel really good and my energy is up.  1500 calories per day hasn't been difficult to abide by especially since I haven't been hungry at all.  I'm definitely interested to see how things will go this second week of the program.  I leave for Cancun next Friday and I hope to leave my muffin top here :D
