DAY NINE:
Today is a great day.. I had a small milestone.. I was 189 when I stood on the scale this morning. It felt good to be under 190 and I will be working my ass off to get further away from that number. I don't know what was going on at the gym today but my sweating was in over drive!! I hope that's a good thing...maybe an increase in my metabolism??
Today I did a 2000 meter row, ran a mile and did 15 minutes on the elliptical machine. I hope to get out tonight and do some running/jogging in the neighborhood. I only have 6 more days of supplies for Fit Firm and Fabulous and I want to make them count!

DAY SEVEN:
Today is a good day! Down a total of 5lbs since last Monday and I definitely see changes in my body. I've only been doing Fit Firm and Fabulous for one week but I've been working out hard in the gym for three weeks and my back fat is definitely starting to thin out. I feel really good and my energy is up. 1500 calories per day hasn't been difficult to abide by especially since I haven't been hungry at all. I'm definitely interested to see how things will go this second week of the program. I leave for Cancun next Friday and I hope to leave my muffin top here :D

DAY THREE:
Day three is a good day for me. I'm still feeling very energetic and was able to go three miles on the treadmill on my lunch break :) Still not hungry (yay) so yeah, everything is everything. not to much to update today but I wanted to keep the blog current. I promised myself that I wouldn't weigh in again until money when it has been exactly one week.
Oh one thing about the slimming tea... it's pretty disgusting when you drink it plain. I didn't want to add sugar to it so i used a tad bit of 2% milk and some honey to make it paletable. You only have to drink 8oz of it so it's not so bad. I can deal with a few more weeks of it :)

DAY TWO:
I feel amazing! I don't know if this stuff is really THAT good or maybe there's a little placebo effect going on. I don't care, whatever it is I want it to stay! I went to the gym yesterday and literally had to pull myself off the stair master because I was going to be late getting back to work. I had so much energy! I don't feel jittery at all and my appetite has decreased substantially. The wife stopped for Noodles and Company for dinner and even though I got a small order, i could only eat half of it. I decided to share my 30 day supply with her so she can get some fast results too. I said I wasn't going to weigh myself until next week but I snuck on the scale and it said 193! Thats 2.5 lbs since Monday (today is Wednesday). Went to the gym today and it was great, still feeling that burst of energy. I don't want to get too excited but I really hope I can keep the momentum going.

DAY ONE:
Today is the first full day of Fit Firm and Fabulous. A 3 Phase weight loss system in which you can lose 10-30 lbs in 30 days. A few of my former co-workers have had success with it so i figured- what the hell? I lost 50 lbs in 2008 over the course of 8 months. I was also 27 years old at the time. Losing weight after 30 is well, a challenge. So I decided to enlist some help. Ireluctantly weighed myself today and was shocked that the scale said 195.5 but in the spirit of honesty, I am sharing that sacred information with you, lol. It is what it is, now all i can do is put in the work to get it OFF! Last night, I drank the slimming herbal tea and this morning I applied my slimming patch to the upper right arm and took 2 of the gel capsules. It's 10:30AM and I'm not hungry at all so i made myself eat a serving of veggie chips. In about an hour, I'll go to the gym for a brisk cardio work out. I plan to update this blog at least every othery day to keep you all updated on my progress. I am claiming success right now!
